This homemade hummus is easy to make and packed with flavor. It’s perfect for snacking and has a bit of a spicy kick from the seasonings and raw garlic.
Drain can of garbanzo beans / chickpeas and add to blender.
Peel garlic cloves and squeeze juice of half of lemon (about 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice).
Add all remaining ingredients to a food processor or blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Serve and enjoy!
Notes
I love the use Primal Palate's Super Gyro seasoning for this recipe. It is great quality and flavor. You can use your preferred Greek seasoning blend if you're unable to find this seasoning. You could also use an Italian blend depending on store availability. I also highly recommend using good quality olive oil.
