A smoothie made with fresh cranberries, orange juice, banana, milk, and honey or maple syrup. Cranberry smoothies are a wonderful breakfast or a refreshing light snack.
½cupplant based milkalmond milk, oat milk, soy milk are our favorites
1teaspoonhoneyor substitute for maple syrup
Instructions
Add all of the ingredients to a high power blender.
Blend together until well combined & enjoy!
Notes
You could substitute with your favorite milk for a dairy-free milk of choice like almond milk, oat milk, or soy milk.I prefer raw honey, you could also use maple syrup or other natural sweetener of choice.
